       Regarding providing Online New Service Connection from 01.04.2017

New Service Connection at your doorstep:
       Get Registered for New Connection.
       Fill and submit Online Application.
       Check status of application.
Instructions for Applying for Online New Connection:

  Download the “Application Cum Agreement Form” using the link “Online New Connection ---> Application/Agreement Form” in the website.

  Fill, the “Application Cum Agreement Form”, paste self-attested photo in the indicated place and put your signature along with witness in theform.

  Take scan of all the supporting documents. The list of supporting documents” can be found on the link “Online New Connection -> List  of Documents” in the website.

  Create your “User Account” using the link “Online New Connection -> Applicant Registration” in the website. Upon successful registration, you will be moved to “Online Application Form” page. Alternatively, you can use the link “Online New Connection -> Applicant Login” to log into your account at any point of time.

   Fill the details in the “Online Application Form”, upload scanned copy of the supporting documents and click on “Submit” button to submit your application. If scanned copies of the supporting documents are not uploaded, then you have to visit concerned Zone/DC to verify your supporting documents within 7 days of submitting your application online. Otherwise, your application will be rejected.

   Upon successful submission of application, you will be provided a “Temporary Registration Number”. Your application will be verified by the concerned Zone/DC and after which you will receive a “Permanent Registration Number” (BP Number) through SMS/Email.

   After survey and approval, amount of estimate will be posted on your BP number and you will be intimated about the same through SMS/Email. You can also collect the hard copy of the “Demand Note” by visiting concerned Zone/DC.

   The payment of charges can be done through company’s website online or you can visit cash counter of concerned Zone/DC, ATP counter, Pay-Point counter or CSC counter to make payment.

    After receipt of payment, the lineman of concerned Zone/DC will visit your premise for installation of meter. You have to submit fully filled “Application Cum Agreement Form” in original as well as the self-attested copies of the supporting documents to the lineman.


Note: -

1. HT and LT Industrial consumers have to submit their supporting documents to concerned office within 7 days of submitting application online whether they have uploaded scanned copies of the supporting documents or not. Otherwise, the application will be rejected. For other categories of consumers, they don’t need to visit the Zone/DC office if they have uploaded scanned copies of the supporting documents.

2. The applicant can get status of his/her application using the link “Online New Connection -> Application Status” in the website.
